LUT LICENSE & USE TERMS | Version 1.0

LICENSE
Your purchase grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the included LUTs in your own personal and commercial video projects, including paid client work, advertising and monetized content. You may keep private backups and adjust the LUTs for those projects. No attribution is required.

FINISHED WORK
You may publish, sell and deliver finished videos graded with these LUTs. Your footage remains yours. This license does not grant Prizzy's World rights in your footage.

DO NOT DISTRIBUTE THE FILES
Do not share, upload, give away, sublicense, resell or redistribute the LUT files, including modified versions, or include them in another LUT/preset pack. Do not supply the LUT files with a client project. Deliver rendered footage instead; anyone needing the LUT files must obtain their own license.

PRODUCT & COMPATIBILITY
Each purchased Apple Log profile contains nine looks with original, +1 and -1 exposure choices (27 .cube files), plus a setup guide. These are combined conversion-and-look LUTs for the matching Log profile. Follow the guide and do not apply conversion twice. App support depends on its ability to import 65-point .cube LUTs. Results depend on footage, exposure, white balance and color-management settings; an identical result across all cameras or software is not promised.

RIGHTS & REFERENCES
You receive permission to use the files, not ownership of Prizzy's World branding or permission to distribute the files. Rights that exist in the supplied materials are retained by their respective owners. Film and series names identify creative inspiration only; this is not an official, affiliated or endorsed film/studio product. No rights in third-party films, characters, logos or footage are granted.

PURCHASE & CONSUMER RIGHTS
The product description, selected profile, displayed price and any refund/support policy shown before purchase form part of the purchase information. This license does not impose a blanket no-refund rule. Nothing here excludes rights or remedies that applicable consumer law does not allow to be excluded.
